Packard jet engine test facility.

Reading about Packard's jet engine development program in the late 40s, I saw a mention of the company having a test facility at Willow Run. At one time, I found a very poor quality photograph of the facility.

While at the air show at Willow Run, I noticed a brick building with what looked to be late 30s or 40s architecture, which looked a lot like that photo of Packard's facility that I saw a few years ago.

Doing a bit of digging, I found this building is the former Packard hanger, and it still designated on Willow Run's current tenant list as the "Packard hanger".

The windows in the office section are all blocked off now, and the control tower that used to be on top of the office section is gone, but this is how it appears today.
