I've asked this before but now I have better pictures. Please help me buy the correct radiator for my 55 Constellation. I am going to put the pictures of 3 possible radiators that could be the one.

Pictures off the internet of 55 models. This leads me to think it's the radiator on the far left with the most stripes on the top.

Bottom outlet is the key on 51-6 radiators as they are otherwise very similar in top inlet, mounting and overall size. 51-4 cars have the Ultramatic cooler and water pump return on the passenger side of engine. 55-6 V8s have them on the drivers side. The bottom radiator outlet connects via a short length of straight hose directly to the coolers or, in case of a standard trans, via a long hose with a couple of bends directly to the water pump return.

The middle radiator appears to be an unmodified 51 as it has the original style 4 hole mount brackets. Those were suggested in a service article to be modified to the 3 hole configuration as shown on the 55-6 radiator.

Howard thanks alot Bud. That radiator does seem to have small damage to the exterior/ will that be a big problem?
Also will the metal mounting pieces on the far right radiator be good for me to take to fit on the 55/56 Radiator and mount on to my 55?

Here is what the 55-6 top splasher looks like. Approx 13 1/4" wide and 42" long. 51-4 radiator sits more foreward so splasher is narrower and more at an angle on those models.

The radiator and cradle assy does not resemble the 56 cradle. Can't say for sure what year that one is but am leaning toward maybe 48-50 because of the corners or angles on the top of the cradle sides. Probably not good for measurement. What dimensions do you need?
