On the General products you can tell those based on the Twelve or Super Eight by the script on the hubcaps.
PS- picture of the General Twelve that was present at the Centennial in 1999.

This Packard I am trying to find was more of a home made mess. All open and more like a roadster / fire chief car. If you saw it you would understand what I am talking about.

Somewhat. It was more a chief type open car. More of an interpretation of what someone thought it should look like. One interesting note is that the car originally had the drivers seat forward of the front passengers seat some.
