I'm not aware of any headlight conversion kit but almost surely in the years after WW II someone offered a kit to convert to sealed beams. But why would you ever want a kit to convert to what, they are lovely to look at and good, functional lights.
Many of the repro parts for 11th Series cars ran their course to completion and expired a long time ago, so much that was available then is no longer so. Bob Turnquist (try Hibernia now) had gear shift knobs; Art Brummer (try Chris Charleton now) had most all the diecast parts including door handles reprod in bronze back in the 70s. You might want to contact Bruce Blevins in Michigan who currently reproduces many 1933-1934 small metal parts in stainless steel. blevinsb33@aol.com The tail light lenses were made by Orion and someone made a few of these in plastic maybe 10 years ago, if I can remember the source I'll amend this post. Good luck, '34s are wonderful cars but sourcing parts can be a challenge.
