Definitely a 37 senior car. By the looks of the hood vents it's a V12.

Ok, so the bumper was new for '37 and the vents are Twelve, so it is a '37 Twelve. I think there are 3 wheelbases for Twelves 132,139 and 144" Anyway to tell which it is?
Is the round running board light in the rear fender unique to Twelves? Anyway to tell if it is a limo vs a touring car?

By a strange coincidence I got on the forum to ask about 2 Running board lenses I have and what they fit on. Here are a couple of pictures I took a half hour ago. The threaded side is about 1.5" Diameter.

I want to clarify, I don't know about your cars lenses but the ones I have here thread on. My junior Limo does share a lot of parts with the Senior Limos but it does not have the running board lights.

Thank you for sharing, wonderful period image of what was likely their brand new '37 Twelve. Improving the license plate appears to read Illinois 1937 149-229. Its impossible to discern which of the various sedan or limousine styles from this view. Recollections of those who rode in it might allow us to make an educated guess. Certainly hope it still exist.
