I was browsing a couple of eBay posts this morning over coffee, and I was/am/continue to be shocked at the horrid quality of some of the pictures posted. Sometimes, it's hard to tell if the item is flora or fauna.

My phone is my best camera, and even my old self can use it effectively. A picture is still worth a couple of hundred words, I reckon.

I guess people are keeping their Packards or found another venue to advertise, CL Pickings are very slim.

I see a lot more for sale on Facebook Marketplace. No fees on there that I'm aware of. There are a little over a dozen on there now that are "local" to me (within a couple hundred miles).

On that note, somebody tell me what this is. They say it's a '55 400, but it looks like a mashup of '55 grill and bumper, trunk lid, and some other pieces. But it looks like it has the '56 Caribbean fenders, hood, and trim. Obviously not original color or interior.

Here's another '55 400 in better shape. Just showed up on CL the other day. Not bad, but the brown interior is throwing me off. At first glance I thought they just did a repaint on the outside, but the firewall is Scottish Heather also...so now I'm confused. I'm pretty sure that interior color and exterior paint color combo are not Packard approved.
