Everybody knows how much I detest turning old Packards into junkrods and I dare someone to find something meritorious in the example shown below. It's from a 1950's Motor Trend and, true to form, for sale at a tremendous loss. Mind you the asking price will buy a couple of nice original Duesenbergs or a whole barn full of nice original Packards. This demonstrates that people are indeed not getting any more crazy than they used to be.
