At first I thought the fork was broken but after I got into it more, I found that the bolts had been backing out on the pressure plate. One side more than the other. So it was sitting a little cockeyed and was to the point that it just couldn't open. Since I'm in there I'm just going to rebuild the clutch. The disc is pretty worn.
