Saw this today and thought it looked interesting. Someone apparently tried to update the appearance of the car with 23rd series side trim and 1952 "bottle openers" on the rear quarters. Car certainly needs a lot of work, but definitely doable. Worst part appears to be the floors, though that is typical with a convertible, particularly a bathtub model.

And also saw this 1941 120 for sale at a NYC area vintage car dealership. Looks like an incredible deal if the car is really as nice as it looks in the photos:
