Uhh, that’s really too small to be 3D printed as-is. In addition, the metal is too thin.
bkazmer, the nylon has a tensile strength of 6.7ksi and a break elongation of 35%; laser sinter process. The resin has a tensile strength of 8ksi but a break enlongation of only 5.5%; stereolithographic process. Also, unlike the nylon, the resin is not thermoplastic.

Spud
What about the head of a zip tie. Instead of flat make it round. And they can be made to reuse. Push it on, then use a small screwdriver to release.

Bryan, the nylon is of polyamide 12 composition. Not sure on the resin.
Riki, the thing is, zip ties have a positive ratcheting mechanism. I'm not sure if it would work well on a smooth post especially when accounting for fatigue over time.

I think PA 12 is a good choice overall.
