What's with people hiding their license plates? Anyone can see your license plates when your diving your car.

1955 400. Nice clean car which appears to need very little if anything. Paint, chrome and interior all look excellent. Fire Opal over White Jade (Color Scheme JM). Asking $24K. Bloomfield, CT which is not too far from where I live. Really like this one:

. . . .

1956 400. Appears to be a really nice survivor car. See plastic over the original seats. Exceptionally well preserved. Paint and chrome look very nice also. Car is in El Paso, TX but has California plates. Dover White over Scottish Heather. Ad states car is running. Seller asking $18K.

The 1955 is probably a repaint? Or is water giving it some extra shine? The price might also be a bit on the high side.
The 1956 - I was unable to get any information from the seller, what so ever, including where the car is currently located (because it is not where the listing is). Not sure what the deal is, here. It was listed for a while, now, and no takers. Maybe he does not even have a car?

I bet these are just copy cats. Flippers/scammers probably started doing this so that you cannot readily identify the car (for "valid" reasons, such as stolen pictures or mark-up listing etc.) and everyone else followed the herd because, apparently, "everyone is doing this"...

The Onieda hoard I have thought about going to, but really how much more stuff can I use...? Especially when Mike Dulinski is slowly liquidating his stockpile.

The 56 I also never got a response back. The pictures seem a bit odd to me.
