Prospects will want to know the engine number stamped on the boss on the block just above the rearmost freeze plug. They will also want some specific information about what was done to the engine to rebuild it.

Sorry, but the engine is not a 356 as the distributor mounted forward of the center of the block. A 356 would have it right on center. But the engine number will tell the exact tale.
