Hello Bob,
I have the Autolite 4002 C four terminal voltage regulator, I also Have a Delco 813 that has six terminals two of witch are bridged together. If David cannot find one in his spares let me know and I will send you an image of the ones I have. Regards Pepe ( Down Under).
