Interior door handles are retained by a threaded collar. Insert a pin or similar into the small hole in the collar and unscrew until the handle is removed.

For exteriors just remove the exterior screws, except for handles with key locks which will have a third screw on the interior thru the upholstered door panel into the end of the handle shank. It will be directly opposite the exterior handle shank.

The above is for an Eight sedan, I can't assure you that all body styles and models follow the same methodology.

Window cranks on the soft door panels are retained via the rather standard push-pin method. Push inwards on the door panel, you are pushing against a spring on the interior. Open a space between the escutcheon and the crank and you'll see a pin, simply push the pin out to remove the crank.

I've forgotten the technique for the geared vent wing windows and others where the crank is located on a fixed garnish moulding but I'm sure by taking a close look it will become apparent. If not, let us know.

PS. For vent wing and rear quarter windows if so equipped, there is a small access hole in the escutcheon; rotate the crank until a screw head is visible thru the access hole and then unscrew the cross pin.
