Door Cards - Patterns/Material/Color

Hey guys! Looking to replace my door cards in my 2302. I started a back-and-forth with SMS about getting some material, and I had originally planned on making the cards myself. Come to find out, they can reproduce the card, so that sounded good to me, and I went looking to make sure I do in fact still have all the stainless. While checking one of the doors I don't really use, I decided to yank on some of the fabric that was beginning to tear. In doing that, it revealed another layer of fabric - a grey-ish fabric with red-ish and blue-ish lines, occasionally interrupted by pleats. Is this original fabric for the door cards? I've had the car for three years and never knew that was there.

I'm curious - if this is the correct material/design/color for the inner portion of the door card, what color/material/design would've originally been outside the stainless? The current material looks tan, but I am certain it was once grey (you can see the original color when you remove a window frame). Unfortunately, my data plate is basically blank now, with only the model/body number that was etched still visible, so I don't know what the trim code was. Would love to get this as close to the original look as possible.

The car is a Super Deluxe Eight Touring Sedan that was Packard Blue Metallic on the outside. Thanks, all!
