Testing 12V gauges

I was testing these gauges off a 55 Senior for a customer. The Fuel and Oil needed 0.13A to read at center. The temp, 0.17A. Note that the Temp center is not the center between C and H. The clip is the true center and the gauge assembly is rotated in its mount compared to the others to make the C and H scale level with the car. In other words the scale is shifted more towards C by default.

This is despite the fact that all have a resistance of 12½ ohms.

Anyone else notice this?
