On the damper, other forum posters had theirs done by specialty shops. If no one comes up with a name you might do an online search for a company providing the revulcanizing service before committing to Steele. There were several of them a few years ago with names like damper doctor or damper dudes which specialized in the service. If any are still around, their prices might be less expensive.

On the hose, any hydraulic or thick wall hose capable of withstanding the steering or transmission type fluids and some moderately elevated temperature should do.
