I found this on the internet today. This car was built by Rodney Rucker and is named Dream Rod. The engine of the car is a Packard marine engine 2500 cubic inch v12 super charged making 2000 horsepower.

Looks a lot like Jay Leno's car with the air-cooled V-12 tank engine. He had it at Pebble Beach in 2008. What a monster. He remarked that much engine work had been done, including (I think) adding a couple of turbos. He claimed they more than doubled the MPG from 2 or 3 to 4 or 6. Now, that's a green machine!

The Packard engine puts out about 250 horse power more than Leno's tank car. The Packard engine puts out 3000lbs of torque.

I think this baby is really KOOL

The Royal Canadian Navy boats had 4 pac-12's? Wow! I guess our American pt boats with 3 have been 1 up'd! know of any place we can find books or more info on the horthern boats?
