Years ago like in the early 80s or late 70s I saw a Packard with the rear window wiper. It was a 48 49 or 50 and it sat in a supermarket parking lot for a few days then disappeared.

It looked like the same wiper as for the windshield mounted in the middle of the rear window at the bottom.

In the 1951-1954 Service Manual in the Accessories section on pages 11 & 12 it tells you how to install the rear windshield wiper.
