"Grandpa's Packard" Cartoon

This cartoon is worth the watch. It's about Arnold's Grandpa & his Packard. They go to a Packard Car Show (I actually saw a '55 400 in there!) and the car gets "Stolen". I think they have just about every type of car show character you'd ever find at a typical car show.

Portlandon, that is absolutely priceless! What is the story? Are these regularly produced skits that happen to zero in on a Packard theme, or did someone go to this effort just for fun?

I think I recognized the guy wearing the plaid golf pants and CCA ball cap, standing next to the V-12 I believe, but can't place where from. Maybe from some of the shows, who knows. Maybe at the PI meet.

"Hey Arnold" was/is a regular kids cartoon series that appears on the Nickelodeon network. Obviously one of the writers is an old car enthusiast. But 99% of the episodes have nothing to do with cars in any way.

Can you tell I have kids? lol

The cartoon is right about one thing. My packard radio is stuck on one station. The needle doesn't move anymore.

Believe it or not, I have actually seen a fight like this once at a Car show.

"You bought off the judge!!!" LOL. This cartoon is pretty funny.

Anyone going to the Packard Convention in California next week, keep your eye out for a woman talking pictures of your Packard and asking for your address!
