Frank speak to the folks at the local San Diego Packards International chapter. They should have contacts in San Diego metro area that can get you the parts you need. Mark Burnside from the Chapter is a great guy and I am sure he knows of a couple of shops that can help.

I just found some new springs on EBAY and ordered same. I had an old generator laying around but of course the spring I needed was also broken. The local rebuild shop is no longer in business. They probably got ran out of business by the business wrecking regulations here in California.

My favorite old time generator and starter rebuilder in San Diego has just moved and changed hands. They were called P&G Electric until September. Now they are called Romaine Electric. Their new address is 370 Trousdale Dr., Chula Vista, CA. Their number is still (619)236-1363.

These folks rebuilt my 1934 Nash generator, my 1935 Diamond T starter and generator, and a number of old Italian Items. They supplied old obsolete parts too.
