Here is a pict of the shift relay locations. They are shown as if you were on the passenger side looking over at them. You should NOT have the one labeled "Control Relay" as that is what this bulletin advised removing and yours is a very late car so would have been built without. It is also possible the auto park relay was removed if the owner desired. It would be silver but all other relays are black. I have not heard of the lock relay on fender but I guess it's possible. Maybe one of the geniuses on the forum that know every bolt location can say if ever put there. Only other relays on fender I can think of is suspension solenoids on side near cowl and horn relay by radiator.
