A former known? car in a unknown collection in Tallinn:
Source:tehnikamuuseum.com/ If my senses are correct, the ZIS 110 in this collection is the same car bucked out from a shed in 2007!

Steve, thanks for the link. It is indeed the salvaged car. At least it now has headlamps installed.

I still say the Chaika is a copy of the 55-56 Packard.

Sorry but to me too nebulous to be truth-apt. If one tries to define the boundary of "a copy" that includes a 338 cui cast aluminum engine with centrifugal filter or would search for a name of "the 55-56 Packard" equipped with mechanical operated pushbuttons but without TL or just counts the quantity of doors of the convertible then he would probably come under pressure for failing to offer a convincing explanation. How about the straight-toothed differential, not to mention the backbone tube chassis ...
Please don't get me wrong. The overwhelming evidence for a Packard design pattern conglomerate is all over town. But to copy means to duplicate, at least in legal terms. A small part of her Soviet skirt is hanging down below her Packard coat. Attach file: (34.69 KB)
