Closest data I could find is for '31 and '32 models 826, 833, 840, 845, 900, 901, 902, 903, 904, 905, and 906. Caster - 1 degrees Camber - 1 1/2 degrees Toe in - 1/8 inch Kingpin Inclination - 8 1/2 degrees From a '30's Motors Shop Manual. Regards, Dave

You failed to mention which 1930 model you were inquiring about. From the Packard Service Letters:
Front Wheel Camber - 1 degree 30 minutes Front Wheel Toe In - 1/8" for 726/33 1/4" for 740/45 Caster - 1 degree
