A couple of update photos, I couldn't decide to use the wide belt pulley or later narrow belt pulley set up , The earlier wide belt pulley is too far back & fouls with the water pump inlet , I could make a new pulley from billet with about 3/4" less diameter. The easy path was to make an adapter to bring the later Packard narrow belt pulley into line with a later crank pulley. This is not ideal as the belt plane should ideally be between the bearings, For the amount the car will be used its probably a non issue.

Next job, modify a late Bosch electronic distributor to fit. Easy to make the body fit, the shaft adaption will have to wait for an oil pump so I can get the length right.

Can't see that being a problem, RTR Distributor for Holley Sniper EFI , just machine housing & adapt shaft , same as what im doing here.
