Now for my question, the starter is suppose to turn faster than that?

Sounds reasonably typical to me of that type of starter on that engine.

Thanks, at least I've got that right. I was almost thinking about getting rid of the car after all the comments of the video. That would at least would have made my wife happy to see the car gone. So for now I'm not going to worry about that engine and get the engine that belongs in it checkout and than swap them out.
