I do find it interesting that the 47 issues started off as "Technical Service Bulletins" thru issue 47T-21, and then on issue 47T-23 they changed the heading to "Service Technical Bulletin". The pile is missing 47T-22, so not sure what they used on that one. They also used that green header with the cars on them. Then at 47T-36 then went to the familiar red header for the STBs for that point on.
