How about a pic and a part number????? U probably have the wrong bushings. Did u compare length of new bushings to old bushing before pressing them into control arm????

looks like with these you need 3/8ths spacers,,,so going to make them,

I will put them on the bushing side, next to washer, so it wont wear on shaft shoulder..

tried to up load picture again,,being blocked

Am curious why you would go next to washer or are you thinking a different washer than the large curved one by the nut. I really don't remember the setup or principle of operation where the actual rotation happens so I could be all wet. If the bushings are short, would assume it is the inside length that is short and the outside rubber is the same. Wouldn't the spacers be better toward the inside to compensate for the shortness and as a blocking so the arms wouldn't be compressed with the nut.

I did get the picture and replied. My washer --if they are present-- are not nearly as large as yours and not easily seen so wasn't sure what you were referring to. We are of the same thinking as far as where the spacer would go.

have not checked email yet,,

I think this should be ok,,?? what do think?,, with these bushings they have points on end of bushing sleeve. so it should stick to spacer, and rotate together.

Here's Riki's photo which he was unable to attach. Perhaps a suspension guy will have a good suggestion or solution.
