On the upper control arm bushings IC where the Ford D3AZ-3068 is indicated as a usable part, has anyone
installed them?

I did the ones on my 55 Pat last year. They fit fine, but one needs a press and the right accessories. After I removed the arms, I took them to a local pro repair shop who did it no problem and at a fair price.

Lifting the torque arm up and retaining it is the only real challenge, but there are many threads on how to do that and you don't even need the J-6065 tool.

To all
I want to apologies for some of my answers
and my attitude.
I'm working on 3 projects right now, and sometimes
I just don't see what I'm doing until its in my
hands.
You are correct about reaming instead of honing
on the steering knuckle and support..
Since the Ford king pins are smaller in diameter
then the Packards, I am thinking I will need to
sleeve the Packard support.
Does that make more since, I don't see the need
to ream out the Ford Knuckle to match the Packard
Pin.
Any input on this, or am I going about this all
wrong!!!!! It would not be the first time for me.
Best
