12.45v still seems a bit low but if the battery is already fully charged it may be OK. I would turn the lights and heater motor on and then check again. If it is still 12.45 at a fast idle I would say there may still be an issue. Almost all mfgs set the regulator to have the generator provide about 1 volt over the nominal resting battery voltage in order to keep it charged while the battery is supplying an average current draw.

From what i gone thru. It's the generator. After it was rebuilt. The field brush wire was touching the case. They are going to repair it and the armature may be bad. From it. But. I had enough .. So for now. Alternator.
