Is there any way to tell if a head has been surfaced to many times? Such as some type of chart to give a minimum thickness.

As I recall, several years ago Ross posted a safe average measurement or two he had come up with. Don't remember if it was a general measurement covering several heads or if for a specific head. Was not a chart but just a response to a post so if someone remembers the thread or maybe if Ross sees this post he could post them again.
