I you could find several Packards that fit the scale of the building than forget about the train and have it as a nice Packard display

Naah, it aint made by IVES, Lionel, Dorfan or AF.
Besides, I don't have room for anything that big on the layout.
Two IVES glass-dome stations, Lionel powerhouse, big double skylight station and two 155 freight sheds just to start with. Oops, forgot the Hellgate bridge and the terrace station.
