Hello Helpful Packard People,
I am also in need of a fuel tank for the recently purchased 1950 2395 Eight Club Sedan. Are they the same as the four door? Due to my inexperience in things Packard I was unable to determine from the parts listings.
I greatly appreciate your help.
The Rustjunkey

Yes, the same fuel tank is used for 1948-50 Standard and Deluxe Eight 2 and 4 door sedans.
The parts book listing can be found on page 218 of the 1948-54 catalog under Group 9.300, part number 418731.

Chassis parts are listed in the parts book by Chassis No.
In your case this would be Chassis No. 2301 for Body No. 2395.
See the Model Identification LIst on page II of the parts book for all the corresponding numbers for the 22nd and 23rd Series.

I have a nice used one out of a 50 4 door Standard Packard. It has some minor surface rust, but no visible pin holes. There is a small dent by the drain plug that can be removed by a radiator shop when you have it cleaned out. PM me and we can discuss pricing and shipping.

the blue tape is just to keep moisture out of the tank, and the old gas smell out of the garage.
