I've got to say, though, Guscha, I still think that Studey has a hell of a lot of character. It looks like a 1936 President coupe. I think this period was transitionary anyway. Those bullet headlights were going to be integrated into the fender, as seen with the 1938 model, and the rumble seat would disappear before 1940. By 1941, the sidemounted spare tires were dated and would be gone on cars after World War II, though I had a 1968 Ford F-100 long-bed step-side pickup with a side-mounted spare. I have always thought late-1930s cars were kind of funky looking.

You can make a lot of really neat things from the parts left over after you rebuild your engine ...

What year is this studebaker guscha?

Looking through the internet I would assume it is a 1936 as MrBumble says. To get an answer based on expert knowledge wait for our resident Studebaker specialist Al (acolds) who shot the photograph.

Craig (MrBumble), beyond a doubt.
