This is a photo of an old snapshot of me at Chuck Murphy's place in Carrollton Texas, north of Dallas. Chuck has a nice filling station in the back yard that houses some of his favorite toys. This is me, many years ago, pretending to fill the tank of my 40 120 Packard. I bought this car from a doctor in Abilene Texas and drove it to Salado several times. Like a dummy, I sold it when my older daughter went to college some 15-16 years ago. Should have just borrowed the money!

Anyway, as I remember, a gentleman in Oklahoma bought it. It was a nice running car, but painted the wrong color blue - it was supposed to be the French Blue color scheme, which is a darker blue with red wheels. If anyone knows where it ended up, I'd enjoy knowing where it went. I don't have the theft proof number, but might be able to find the vehicle number in my old files.
