for what it's worth, the engine I got out of a 1952 car had a Thunderbolt labeled head. The casting date was 8/22/51. I now have it on my 51 288 - the head on the 51 wasn't as good as it. The head on the 51 doesn't have the Thunderbolt logo on it. I like the idea of painting the logo red - it appeals to my inter teenager.....

I want to get a 327 Motor with the THUNDERBOLT AT HC 327.... head. and get it chromed....! with the four barrel intake it should look really snazzy.



a guy out in the valley says he has one. out of a 52 patrician.... be cool if it was a nine bearing... with the head i want..
but it is probleby a rust stump , boat anchor block ( rusted and seized beyond all repair)
