Glad you found the issue. Most of us like to carry spare points, rotor and a condenser in the glove box for that reason. The old systems are usually quite reliable, but it helps if you have a spare with you at all times!

I agree David, I am picking up an extra 2 sets of points and a condenser tomorrow. Nice to hear the engine running again.
