I separated this thread from my Brake thread because it's really separate work and fabrication. This thread photo documents the plumbing of the front and rear brake lines for my 4-wheel disc brake conversion on my Panther.

Both sides are going to have to go through the front inner fenderwell, but that's just a little cutting with tin snips.

The line connecting the (as yet connected) MC to the rear. This line is 5/16IN.
