Back in 1966 (I was just getting my feet wet with Packards)... I had a chance to buy an identical 2/4 in Fredericksburg, VA for $1,500. I passed it up because the Packard guru in D.C. told me that that particular car was not a 'good driver'.
Oh, well....great memories!
