Being the packrat that Fred is, she's got some extra stuff that she's willing to part with. I'm sure that there's more, but for this post, let's go with this list.

151 288 long block - no accessories

1951 Ultramatic which likely came with the above engine

1940 mostly complete 282. Needs a card that I know of off the top of my head. Most of the rest of it seems to be intact.

3-speed o/d transmission which likely came with it. I guess the o/d is an R-9.

I'm unloading it in KY next week and can get more pictures in case anyone is interested in some or all.

Prices? Make me an offer I don' refuse.

If you're not having fun, maybe it's your own damned fault.

Just a quick reminder, I'm still interested in the air cleaner and hubcaps. Pictures if possible. Thanks

Okay... but why Kentucky? Some kind of meet or show?

From central VA. How much 288 stuff do you need? I do have a more complete one in a car, but it's the wrong engine for that car, so it's surplus, too. I think it has parts like manifolds and accessories - maybe. I'll look when I get there if you're interested.

More surplus stuff:

'54 Patrician windshield. Good glass, maybe a bit of clouding.

'54 Patrician rear window, same deal on clouding.

'54 Patrician door glasses, some clouded a bit.

There also an auto under this car which will come out when I pull the engine, and which will be surplus.

Hi there Wat. I could really use a good 288 for my 49. Let me know if you have any ability to get either to Massachusetts.

Funny you should ask. My 288s need help. But I've been talking to a guy in upstate NY who has a (claims to be) rebuilt 288 for sale along with some other goodies. I'm interested in the goodies but not a(nother) 288.

He doesn't seem to be in any hurry, I'm busy as Hell at work right now, and you guys are fixin' to go into the Sneaux Season.

Maybe come Spring?
