I was replacing the kingpins on my 40 Packard and had a set of 41 Packard NOS kingpins. I found both sets are identical except the outside dimeter of the 41 bushing is slightly bigger. So, I turned the outside diameter of the 41 bushings to the same diameter of the 40 bushing I took out, and everything fits great.
