This is from Gates Antique Auto Crossover Book (see attached packard page).

Last 4 from a quantity batch I bought for my Twelve.

You need 2 per vehicle (matched pair). I always carry a spare set. Verify your fitment as Packard had several (Delco, Autolite, Owen-Dyneto) Generator suppliers and there can be slight variations in pulley and tensioner adjustment ranges.
