Thanks for the tour of Irish countryside in Your Packard! I played it twice! I'm hoping to visit sometime this year, I'll have to look You up! By the way, what county are You in?

OK, now I feel real dumb. Just read Your particular's. Galway! Just wondering, have You ever been to Sheeran's Thatched Pub in Laois?

Hi,

Funny enough I am driving on the right side of the road on many counts!

I read some years ago the the drivers door was meant to open on to the footpath, to allow the driver to step onto it thus saving him from stepping out onto the muddy middle of the road.

So driving a left hand drive car in a 'keep to the left' country is the correct way!

The Pub is a famous stop off for tired drivers of old, long before the PC Brigade stepped in.

Attached is an image of a another pub near me, one of 4 serving a handful of houses!

Pat.

Hi Pat! My grandfather actually came from Cork (1898). Somehow stumbled onto Sheeran's Thatched Pub while surfing the net (I don't even remember what it was that I was looking for). If I can arrange it, I DEARLY want to visit Ireland, hopefully sometime this summer, and stopping in at "my family" pub is high on my to do list! Thanks again for your video posts. I've enjoyed them all! Maybe I'll be able to buy you a pint sometime....
