I am trying to do a really nice job rewiring my 1950 23rd series Packard. I need a good quality metal retainer for the large rubber grommet in the center of the firewall. This big grommet seals a wire above the rear of the engine. The retainer is a ring stamped from sheet metal with a slightly rounded edge. It has 2 mounting ears and is attached to the firewall with sheet metal screws. The one on my car is wrinkled and I would like a straight one. I do not need the rubber grommet. If you have one please contact me at (619)475-1155 or fredpuhn@cox.net. I live near San Diego. Thanks.
