steering wheel interchange question

Home away from home

I was able to purchase a good,1939 Super 8/standard 12cylinder steering wheel, no cracks or signficant wear, but does need to be painted.
The one with the two loop bars to the center.
My question is will it fit our 1940 110 with out modification.
