My 1942 Packard uses a Carter WDO 531S carburetor. I want to adjust the float level to the correct level. To set this it calls for a level gauge #T109-154 which I do not have. Can anyone tell me what the dimension of this gauge is? I cannot find this dimension anywhere. If any of you have this gauge, could you measure it for me to where I can perhaps make my own gauge? Thanks guys ~~
Lee

I'm surprised no one has jumped on this yet. I don't have the tool for measuring the set gap, but I believe you can use a drill bit to set the gap, the only problem is that I don't know the drill size, sorry. If I do run across it later I will post it.

No idea on the tool dimension and didn't see a mention in any photos showing the tool. Fuel level spec for the 1942 531S is 5/32" below top of bowl but the adjust tool looks thicker than that.
