You might want to try and start using non alcohol added fuel. You can find more stations starting to sell it.
I might be biased but my classic cars seem to run better. Just my 2 cents...

Does anybody know or has a catalog, that indicates the correct fan belt for a 6 cyl (433 and 533)?
Thanks

The copper gasket was present; I think the previous owner used too big of a fan belt and tried to compensate by turning the water pump in its housing with a pipe wrench. I am sure the rust didn't help make the pump come out any easier either.
Do you know what size fan belt the 533 6 cyl would use? The other owner had a 41" belt with a 36' angle but I see in the Dayco catalog a 40", with a 38' angle. If the car is a 433 the belt would be even smaller at 38"

OK, I have spent about 6 hours trying to remove this pump to get rebuilt. Talk about a nice tight fit... argh.
Final solution was that I needed an adjustable gear puller (free rental!!) from Advanced Auto Supply. 20 minute job! OMG Now the pump is off to get rebuilt and installed before the new fan belt and the re-cored radiator gets reinstalled. Thanks for all of the suggestions and guidance.

You really want high temp paint for your engine. The other paint will loose its bond and flake off. I would also use a high temp primer (if you are taking down to the bare surface).

Also need to know how do I remove the fan belt? I do not see any tension pins to loosen/tighten the belt.
BTW--Heating did not help...

Yes, the shaft rotates freely. I will add more PB to the mix. I think maybe a little heat may be added as well.
