the tan switches, one for heater, one for defroster. use the lighted one for the heater,as that is the one most likely to use. the small on/off could be for anything...dunno....its not original.. could be for accy lights, or an electric fuel pump....time to follow some wires..

manual choke is what it is.

Alright since it seems I can't even give this away, I will offer it for the bargain basement price of $2,500 which is half the amount of money you would be fronting to have a run of 10 of the lower portion as depicted. Plus shipping and handling...this offer only good till midnight tonite....

I am so sorry for your fuel frustration. I am by no means a mechanic - however my experience is I now install an electric pump in all my vehicles. They are cheap, easy to install and whether for priming/starting after the car sits, or added oomph when climbing a hill in 100degree weather, I haven't had a fuel delivery problem in years.

I do encourage a fuel pressure regulator as some float-needle/seats are more sensitive than others. No more than 3-3.5lbs on the regulator.

Good luck getting 10 orders...
In the off chance you don't, I'm pretty sure I have a rust free one you can have, not including shipping, for a donation to the Jagkard fund.

Separate the cup from the lower bolt.
Also, I have had several banjos with a key slot cut....ya think.

Definitely use a filler whether a loctite type product or JB weld or as recommended by others. Whether your grandchildren need to remove the steering wheel or not I am not worried about.. I have seen 2 in motion failures of worn splines - you do not want to take this chance.
Furthermore the unique to banjos nut under the horn button cup is the critical element, not the shallow horn button cup nut.

This is the truck I use to haul heaters...so what's the problem? It's free rust. Or was that rust free....
