Our Servo Motor or "can" part of the Brake Booster has a leak at the front shaft. What is typically used to seal that connection, perhaps a boot of sorts? Where available?

Service parts for the B-K power brake booster cylinder and control valve are available from Classic and Exotic. For lubrication of the cylinder I use Mobil Vacuum Oil. These units can have great longevity, I just had mine checked for vacuum retention and at almost 90,000 miles it was perfect.
