It looks like a boat, I admit, but it is on wheels and once it was propelled by Packard and as such it is suitable to be published here.

"A replica of PT-109 is towed down Pennsylvania Avenue during President John F. Kennedy’s inaugural parade in 1961. Kennedy was the last commander of the PT-109 patrol torpedo boat in the Pacific Theater during World World II. His actions to save his surviving crew after the Japanese bombed the boat made him a war hero and helped launch his political career."
